This site is an independent editorial project covering the 92 Game platform, the Wingo colour prediction format and online lottery rounds for readers in Pakistan. You can reach the people who write it at editor [at] 92game [dot] net [dot] pk. The address is written that way to slow down automated scrapers; please type it normally in your mail client.
What We Can Help With
We are happy to hear about anything to do with the writing on this site. That includes factual corrections, figures that look wrong, explanations that did not land, broken links, pages that render badly on your phone, and problems with the free practice demo.
Suggestions for topics we have not covered are genuinely welcome. Several of the more useful sections on this site exist because a reader pointed out that nobody had explained something properly.
What We Cannot Do
This is the important part, and it saves everybody time. We are not a gaming operator. We do not run draws, accept bets, hold funds or process payments, and we have no relationship with any platform. Our about page explains who writes here and how the site is funded.
| If you need this | We cannot help because | Try this instead |
|---|---|---|
| A stuck or missing withdrawal | We hold no funds and have no access to any operator system | Follow the escalation steps in our payments guide, then contact the operator in writing |
| An account unlocked or a password reset | We cannot see, create or modify any gaming account | The troubleshooting section of our login guide covers the usual causes |
| A refund or a dispute | No money has ever passed between us | Raise it with the operator and with your payment provider |
| Reporting fraud or a scam | We have no investigatory or enforcement powers | Pakistan's National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) takes reports |
| Help with a gambling problem | We are writers, not clinicians | Our responsible gaming page lists free, confidential support services |
We also cannot recommend an operator, confirm whether a particular app is trustworthy, or tell you which of the many similarly named platforms you should use. Our comparison page explains how to check such things for yourself, which is more useful than a recommendation we are not in a position to make.
Reporting a Correction
We would rather be corrected than be wrong. If a number, a rule or a payment detail on this site does not match what you have seen, tell us. A message is much more useful if it includes the page address, the sentence you are questioning, and what you believe the correct position is.
Where a figure varies between platforms or changes over time — tier thresholds, bonus multipliers, withdrawal limits — we label it as illustrative rather than publishing a number we cannot verify. If you find one that is presented as fact and should not be, that is worth reporting too.
Response Times
A small team writes and maintains this site, so replies usually take a few working days. We read everything. We cannot always reply individually to general questions that are already answered on the frequently asked questions page, so it is worth checking there first.
This site lives at https://92game.net.pk and that is the only address we publish from. We will never contact you first asking for a password, a one-time code, a payment or remote access to your device. Anyone who does that is not us, whatever the message claims.
Contact Questions
Can you recover my money from a gaming platform?
No. We have never held your money and have no access to any operator account. Our payments guide sets out a realistic escalation sequence, including what evidence to keep and when to involve your payment provider.
Will you review or promote my platform?
No. We do not accept payment for coverage, do not publish sponsored posts, and do not carry referral links to gaming operators. That independence is the only thing that makes the rest of the site worth reading.
Do you offer betting advice or predictions?
No, and nobody honestly can. Each round is drawn independently, so no prediction service, chart or system has any information about the next result. Our prediction page explains why in detail.
How do I report a problem with the free demo?
Email us with the device and browser you were using and what happened. The demo runs entirely in your browser, so it also helps to know whether you were in private browsing mode, which prevents the practice account from being saved.
